Names: NDLOVU GILBERT Profession: Black belt kyokushin Karate Occupation: Karate instructor and Student Age:22 Rank: 2nd Dan black belt.

Gilbert has trained close to a decade now in only one style... Kyokushin. His start was rough as support from family members was low. He thrived on support from his peers and instructors. His assurance that his heart was in Martial arts also give his relatives hope to see something important from karate. Today he is an instructor and runs Bank of Zambia - Sports Complex Dojo which helps him sort out a few financial obligations. A student at UNZA with a brilliant class record. A soft spoken kid from the ghetto who has risen to prove that it doesn't matter where you come from. He got his shodan in 2018 and grade for Nidan this year some weeks back. He carries over 8 medals in both local & International Championship.

He feels Kyokushin Kenbukaikan Zambia is opening great opportunities for him and his students and he feels he is part of a hard working team which is focused.

Gilbert is a product of Sensei Gregson Maluma and Avondale Dojo.
